About our Partners

Jessica Morel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tri Freedom Real Estate Partners, a Certified Veteran Owned Small Business.  As an Arizona native, she is deeply rooted in the Valley of the Sun. Previous work experience include a postal carrier at the US Postal Service, and a 3rd grade teacher for Mesa Public Schools. She served eight years in the Army Reserves, including deployments in Bosnia (1999) and Iraq (2003) that have set a solid work ethic for success. She purchased her first home at the age of 22 using her VA home loan benefit.  Jessica stays involved with veteran affairs as a National Board Member for the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP).  VAREP is a non-profit organization that focuses on housing education, housing advocacy and financial literacy for the military and Veteran community.  She is also the National Program Director for the Stop, Drop and Push Campaign that focuses on Veteran Stability.

Lisette Pena comes to us by way of Connecticut and has been living in sunny Arizona for the past 11 years.  She attained her Bachelors from Western Connecticut State University. She is bilingual (Spanish) and is excited about serving her clients.  Lisette is supported by her loving husband, 4 children and extended family. She enjoys mostly spending time with family & friends in nature.  
Lisette serves our buyers and sellers.  She lives and breathes to help and empower families not only in Real Estate but also in the birth community. For the past 9 years, Lisette has taken great pride in her role as a prenatal educator, yoga instructor and doula. She assists women & families in one of the most important times in their lives, the birth of their babies. She is honored to offer the same honesty, compassion and professional knowledge during another important time in her client’s lives; the purchase or sale of a home.

Stephanie Levine Martini serves as the Chief Coaching and Accountability Officer. She grew up in Long Island, New York and holds a BA in Special Education from Arizona State University. Steph has served in the Real Estate industry for over 2 decades.  She is a Sales Consultant and the Team Business & Life Coach/Trainer through both traditional coaching and Visual Coaching.  She focuses on team goals, accountability, and client service.

Michelle Bravo is originally from Monroe, Wisconsin. She moved to Arizona and graduated from Westwood High School in 1988. After high school she enlisted in the United States Army in 1990. In 1996 Michelle attended the University of Arizona where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Defense Artillery Branch of the Army. She returned to Arizona in 2011 for her final assignment at Arizona State University Army ROTC. She retired from the Army in December of 2015 at the rank of Major. Michelle has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and served two tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Arizona is now the place she calls home with her husband, Ric and son, Isaiah. Michelle serves as a buying and selling agent.
Michelle is currently the Vice Chair for the City of Tempe Veteran’s Commission and also serves on Congressman Ruben Gallego’s Veteran’s Advisory Council.
Michelle enjoys mentoring young men and women to become the leaders God has meant for them to be. She enjoys public speaking and is an advocate for victims against sexual violence. Michelle is a 2017 YWCA Tribute to Leadership Honoree and shares a passion for their mission of empowering women and eliminating racism.
Chris Atchley is an Arizona native and has been the Transaction Manager for Tri Freedom.
His role in your purchase or sale is to facilitate the completion of time-critical procedures, such as scheduling house inspections, delivering documents required by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to the managing brokers, opening the escrow process, and coordinating the transfer of files to the mortgage company or lender.
Chris will monitor the progress of the sale by maintaining close contact with the lender for the entire loan process and confirming document delivery to the title and escrow company up until all documents are recorded and the keys can be handed to the new owner.
